影石为何直接布局全球消费市场?刘靖康:防止小米低价冲击

  12月25日,《罗永浩的十字路口》第十五期上线,采访嘉宾是影石Insta360 创始人刘靖康。

  谈及在消费级,公司为何直接面向全球,刘靖康表示,是不得不的选择。

  他解释到,当时大概是2015年末,市场上的智能手环算是比较普遍的智能硬件。“市场上都卖三四百块钱,结果小米一出来卖79元。所以当时觉得如果我们做的东西,到时候小米也是卖1/3的价格,就全部完蛋了。但是回过头一想,好像小米的影响力没法覆盖全球,主要在国内。”

  “鸡蛋不放在一个篮子里面”,所以,影石一上来就做全球消费。“以防哪天国内小米真的出了1/3的价格,一下子把整个国内市场打没了。”他说。
