本报讯 记者胡海林报道 为打击各类渔业违法违规行为，防范化解海上安全风险，维护重点海域渔业生产秩序稳定，12月起，省海洋与渔业行政执法总队联合河北省海洋渔政执法总队，在辽冀交界水域组织开展渔业安全海上联合执法行动。
本次联合执法行动以刺网渔船违法违规行为为专项整治重点，重点查处职务船员配备不齐、船舶及船员无证出海作业、海上作业期间疏于值班值守等基础违规行为。严厉打击非法载客，擅自改造渔船结构或改变作业类型，擅自关闭、破坏、拆卸北斗卫星导航系统及船舶自动识别系统（AIS）等通导设备的违法行为。同时对跨海区作业、进出港不按规定报告、超员超载超航区超风级作业、海上肇事逃逸以及不守听甚高频（VHF）等严重扰乱海上渔业生产秩序的行为进行全面排查整治。
行动中，辽冀两省执法力量密切配合、协同作战，查扣涉嫌违规渔船3艘。目前，涉案渔船已全部被依法立案调查，案件正在进一步办理中。此次执法行动，有效震慑了交界海域渔业违法违规行为，提升了海域渔业安全生产监管效能，为守护海上渔业生产安全、维护海域渔业秩序稳定奠定了坚实基础。
