GDS Global (SGX:5VP) received a listing and quotation notice from the SGX, for the listing of around 60 million shares, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
This comes after the company entered into a placement agreement for up to 60 million shares at SG$0.68 per share to raise up to SG$4.1 million.
Shares of the manufacturer and provider of industrial and commercial doors were up nearly 3% in Friday trading.
