12月25日金融一线消息，天眼查App显示，近日，广州快手小额贷款有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由5亿人民币增至10亿人民币，增幅100%。该公司成立于2016年1月，法定代表人为董宇，经营范围为小额贷款业务。股东信息显示，该公司由快手旗下北京云掣科技有限公司全资持股。
