智通财经APP获悉，周五，叮咚买菜(DDL.US)盘前涨逾4%，报2.84美元。有市场传闻称，叮咚买菜要被京东收购。对此，双方未予置评。据悉，京东近年来在发力线下零售市场，自营超市京东七鲜开启了快速扩城。12 月19日，京东七鲜石家庄首店开业，24 小时菜、7 日鲜蛋成为抢手产品，涵盖蔬菜水果、肉禽蛋品、饮料酒水、休闲食品、烘焙、水产、家居日用等多品类。
财报显示，叮咚买菜2025年Q2营收达59.8亿元，同比增长6.7%；GMV为65亿元，同比增长4.5%；订单总数同比增长5.5%。公司实现净利润1亿元，同比增长59.7%，连续第六个季度盈利。Non-GAAP标准下净利润为1.3亿元，同比增长23.9%，连续11个季度实现Non-GAAP盈利。
