12月26日金融一线消息，邮储银行公告称，董事会同意提名芦苇担任本行执行董事候选人，并同意将该议案提交本行股东会审议。此外，董事会同意聘任芦苇担任行长。其任职资格尚待国家金融监督管理总局核准，芦苇自取得国家金融监督管理总局任职资格核准之日起就任行长。自芦苇任职之日起，姚红不再代为履行行长职务。
简历信息显示，芦苇，男，1971 年出生，获澳大利亚迪肯大学会计硕士学位。历任中信银行总行营业部党委委员、副总经理，总行计划财务部总经理、财务会计部总经理、资产负债部总经理、香港分行筹备组副组长，总行董事会秘书、阿尔金银行筹备组副组长，深圳分行党委书记、行长，总行公司业务总监，党委委员、副行长，中信信托党委书记、总经理、副董事长、董事长，中信银行党委副书记、执行董事、行长等职务。现任中国邮政集团有限公司党组成员、副总经理及邮储银行党委书记。
