　　南华集团控股（00413）发布公告，于2025年12月24日，卖方长荣玩具（东莞）有限公司（本公司的间接全资附属公司）与买方东莞市雁源供应链管理有限公司订立买卖协议，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买出售资产，总代价为人民币2.9亿元（相当于约3.187亿港元）。

　　据悉，该土地为一幅面积约200亩的工业用地，位于中国广东省东莞市清溪镇谢坑管理区及谢坑村二坑地段，其土地使用权于出售事项之前由卖方持有，为出售资产的一部分。
