高盛警告其部分另类投资基金的投资者，由于该行一家律师事务所出现网络安全漏洞，他们的数据可能被泄露。

　　高盛在12月19日的信中表示，已收到Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP的通知，该律所作为高盛多只另类基金的外部法律顾问，发生了“网络安全事件”。高盛称，正与该律所沟通，“以更好地了解我们的数据或客户数据是否可能被泄露”。

　　“高盛的系统未受此次事件影响，目前仍然安全。”高盛发言人表示，“我们将一如既往地努力保护客户及其数据安全。”

　　这封信包含在周三针对Fried Frank提起的一宗拟议集体诉讼中，原告为高盛旗下Petershill Private Equity Seeding II Offshore Fund的投资者Andrew Sacks。

　　Fried Frank发言人在声明中表示：“我们迅速采取行动控制了事件，并聘请了业内领先的外部数据安全专家协助我们应对，验证系统的安全性，同时已将此事报告给执法部门。”该公司补充道，其客户服务并未受到影响。

　　根据信函内容，Fried Frank律所告知高盛，其网络现已安全，导致数据泄露的漏洞已被修复，并称任何被泄露的数据“不太可能被传播或不当使用”。

　　高盛在信中表示：“我们正在对Fried Frank的安全控制措施进行独立评估，以验证其补救措施的有效性。数据安全至关重要，我们对此高度重视。”
