12月26日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局萍乡监管分局发布批复，同意江西农村商业联合银行股份有限公司受让萍乡农村商业银行股份有限公司持有的你行2344.538万股股份。受让后，江西农村商业联合银行股份有限公司合计持有江西上栗农村商业银行股份有限公司2344.538万股股份，持股比例为8.55%。
