新浪科技讯 12月26日晚间消息，优信集团发布公告，宣布与蔚来资本和Prestige Shine投资基金正式签署5000万美元融资协议。其中，蔚来资本投资2000万美元，Prestige Shine投资基金投资3000万美元。新融资为优信持续推进仓储式二手车大卖场布局提供资金支持。
优信集团创始人、董事长兼首席执行官戴琨表示，很高兴获得蔚来资本和Prestige Shine投资的支持。老股东的进一步投资，充分体现了长期投资人对优信战略方向、商业模式以及当前业务进展的认可与信心。
戴琨进一步强调，本次融资将为公司在2026年推进4至6个新卖场落地提供资金支持，并持续改善资产负债表结构，使公司整体财务状况更加稳健。
在本次融资公布前，优信二手车济南仓储大卖场投入试运营。这是继西安、合肥、武汉、郑州之后，优信布局的第五座线下仓储大卖场，标志着“线下仓储大卖场+线上全国购”模式正在全国范围内加速复制扩张。与此同时，优信已与天津、广州、银川等多地政府达成战略合作，共同推进仓储大卖场项目建设。
