　　盐城港（08310）发布公告，董事会仅此宣布，有关转让目标公司前海明天供应链（深圳）有限公司51%股权的工商行政登记手续已于2025年12月23日完成。因此，出售事项完成已根据股权转让协议的条款于同日落实。出售事项完成后，集团不再持有目标公司的任何权益，故目标公司不再为公司的附属公司。
