ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptopolitan 报道，俄罗斯莫斯科交易所（MOEX）与圣彼得堡交易所（SPB）已表态支持俄罗斯央行（CBR）发布的加密新监管方案，并已确认将在明年相关法规生效后启动加密交易服务。
新框架计划允许普通与合格投资者参与，但普通投资者每年加密投资上限为 30 万卢布，而合格投资者则无额度限制（隐私币除外）。
报道称，俄罗斯央行在过去一年中逐步软化了对加密货币的立场。
