智通财经APP讯，万顺瑞强集团(08427)发布公告，于先前收购事项终止后，公司与卖方进行进一步磋商，并调整与卖方及目标公司的合作策略。于2025年12月28日，卖方(Wanshun Technology Industrial Group Limited)、目标公司(深圳万顺叫车云信息技术有限公司)及买方(Gallant Empire Limited，由公司直接全资拥有)订立买卖协议，据此，买方同意购买而卖方同意出售销售资本(目标公司注册股本的1%)，总代价为3400万港元，将透过发行承兑票据的方式结算。
目标公司为一间于中国成立的有限公司，主要从事网约车平台营运。董事认为收购事项符合公司及其股东的整体利益。收购事项不仅为进军高增长网约车行业提供策略性切入点，亦符合公司多元化、创新及创造价值的长远目标。
