智通财经APP讯，水发兴业能源(00750)发布公告，于2025年12月29日，水发绿色能源(作为卖方)(本公司的间接全资附属公司)与深圳北资(作为买方)订立股权转让协议，水发绿色能源同意出售，而深圳北资同意以总代价人民币1400.21万元收购出售股权(出售公司兴民能源(济南)100%股权);及应付水发绿色能源的债务，总金额为人民币1378.38万元。
诚如本公司2025年中期报告所披露，乘着新能源行业政策相继出台，本集团将继续依托在清洁能源领域的丰富经验与市场洞察，集中力量实现主业突破，推进已落地项目开工建设，并重点布局高回报率、低风险系数的优质能源项目，同时积极培育高端幕墙、智慧节能建筑、新材料等新业态产业，以顺应市场变化及客户需求。本集团将常态化出清或盘活低效无效资产，积极推动资产结构向优质高效转型。
出售事项符合本集团优化资产架构及改善营运效率的策略。将低质资产及盈利能力薄弱、前景黯淡的业务剥离，将有助本集团精简营运架构，从而降低系统性风险并促进本集团整体业务的可持续发展。此外，出售事项亦有助优化资源配置、改善成本管理，并使本集团能专注落实核心业务策略。
