消息面上，FORTIOR发布公告，于2025年12月25日，董事会审议并批准公司与卖方(深圳市前海蛇口启迪实业有限公司)按大致相同的条款订立该等协议，据此，公司同意购买而卖方同意出售物业，代价为人民币7.1亿元。物业包含深圳市南山区前海深港合作区妈湾15单元02街坊T102-0482土地上建设的商品房润融大厦(二期)1栋整体，作办公、商业用途。物业的总建筑面积约为25,204.97平方米，包括建筑面积23,669.54平方米的办公室单位及建筑面积1535.43平方米的商业单位。
建议的收购事项是公司基于长远发展规划和市场发展前景作出的审慎决定，符合公司未来发展需要。由于物业拟作集团研发和办公用途。新购置房产建设完成并投入使用后，有利于改善工作和研发环境，满足公司规模进一步扩大带来的人员扩张需求，留住和吸引高端人才，进一步提高公司综合竞争力，为公司长期发展做好坚实铺垫。此举符合公司的战略发展目标。
