智通财经APP获悉，在法国生物科技公司Abivax(ABVX.US)公布其核心药物obefazimod数据前，投行古根海姆公司将该公司的目标股价从150美元上调至175美元，并给予"买入"评级。
分析师Yatin Suneja表示，做出此调整是基于对其核心药物obefazimod在第44周维持期数据读出（即将公布）的乐观前景。
12月15日，Abivax公布了2025年第三季度财务业绩。公司营收为240万美元，超出市场预期106万美元。然而，该季度每股亏损总计1.68美元。公司前九个月的净亏损扩大至2.541亿欧元，高于2024年同期的1.369亿欧元。公司的财务活动反映出其正更加聚焦于其主要候选药物、同类首创口服miR-124增强剂obefazimod。
研发费用增至1.334亿欧元，主要由溃疡性结肠炎的ABTECT III期项目以及克罗恩病的ENHANCE-CD IIb期试验的进展推动。Abivax正在为2026年的几个重要里程碑做准备。ABTECT维持试验的主要结果预计将于2026年第二季度公布，这将为计划在2026年下半年向美国FDA提交新药申请提供最终的临床基础。
