买方为一家投资控股公司，由罗茜女士全资拥有。于本公告日期，罗女士为本公司执行董事。
紧随该转让完成后，卖方持有剩余590.2万股股份，占已发行股份约3.15%，且不再为本公司的主要股东;及买方及罗女士持有4795.85万股股份权益，占本公告日期已发行股份约25.62%，并已成为本公司的主要股东。
