智通财经APP讯，华众车载(06830)发布公告，于2025年9月1日，(i)宁波华众(公司间接全资附属公司);(ii) 宁波阳明;及(iii)宁波公运(各自为有限合伙人);及(iv)宁波信涛(作为普通合伙人)订立合伙协议以成立合伙企业。合伙企业的所有合伙人出资总额为人民币1亿元，其中人民币5000万元由宁波华众出资。宁波信涛将担任合伙企业的管理人。合伙企业将重点投资于新兴生产力、新能源、新材料、消费品、健康医疗或获合伙人会议一致批准的其他行业。合伙企业通过股权投资进行投资。
公司选择参与成立合伙企业，乃由于其将投资于专注于新兴生产力、新能源、新材料、消费品及健康医疗等领域的开创性公司，从而构建稳固的产业生态圈。此策略培育创新技术，拓宽公司业务范围，提升其对上下游实体的影响力。此外，公司预计集团将透过其于合伙企业的股权价值增长及股息分派获得可观回报。
