ChainCatcher 消息，俄罗斯司法部近期提交了一份针对《刑法》的修正案草案，旨在打击国内未注册的非法加密货币挖矿行为。
根据该草案，非法挖矿行为将面临最高 150 万卢布（约 1.9 万美元）的罚款或最高两年的强制劳动。若非法挖矿活动涉及巨额利润，最高刑期可达 5 年监禁，并处最高 250 万卢布（约 3.18 万美元）的罚款或 480 小时的强制劳动。针对非法“组织团体”实现的巨额利润，该修正案同样设定了最高 5 年监禁或强制劳动的处罚标准。俄罗斯副财长 Ivan Chebeskov 表示，截至 2025 年 6 月 19 日，仅有约 30% 的加密货币矿工完成注册并实现运营合法化，大部分从业者仍处于“灰色地带”。根据现行法规，月耗电量低于 6000 千瓦时的个人矿工无需注册，但仍需缴纳个人所得税。
