Battery Age Minerals (ASX:BM8) said that Chief Executive Nigel Broomham will step down from his role, effective March 20, 2026, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Broomham will assist in the company's leadership transition as the board conducts a formal search for a new CEO to ensure a smooth handover, the filing said.
The company's shares fell around 8% in recent Monday trade.
