Haw Par (SGX:H02) secured confirmation from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore in connection with the striking off of its subsidiary, Underwater World Singapore, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The striking off is not expected to impact the company's earnings for the year ending Dec. 31.
