智通财经APP讯，狮子山集团(01127)发布公告，林美兰女士将于2025年12月31日(即其服务期最后一日)退任公司执行董事。于2025年12月31日之后，林女士亦将不再担任公司根据《证券上市规则》第3.05条所规定的授权代表。朱震环先生将于2025年12月31日(即其服务期最后一日)退任公司非执行董事。朱先生将继续出任集团附属公司 Asia Pacific Offset Limited的荣誉主席。此外，王世扬先生已获委任为公司执行董事及授权代表，自2026年1月1日起生效。
