智通财经APP讯，华津国际控股(02738)发布公告，德勤・关黄陈方会计师行(德勤)已自2025年12月29 日起辞任本公司核数师，鉴于本集团日常业务调整、中期持续经营亏损及其他现金流相关因素，2025年12月31日止年度综合财务报表审计需额外投入审计资源，而本公司与德勤未能就该等审计费用达成共识。德勤亦获悉本公司拟委任其他核数师执行相关审计工作，因此经审慎考虑后，决定辞任本公司核数师职务。
董事会进一步宣布，经审核委员会推荐，中瑞会计师事务所有限公司(中瑞)已自2025年12月29日起获委任为本公司新任核数师，以填补德勤辞任后产生的临时空缺，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
