智通财经APP讯，易站绿色科技(08475)发布公告，于2025年12月22日，公司接获联交所发出的函件，当中载列有关恢复股份买卖的下列进一步额外复牌指引：根据公司日期为2025年11月28日的公告，由于公司核数师需要额外时间收集及审阅所需资料以落实审计工作，公司未能根据GEM上市规则第18.49条的规定，于2025年11月30日或之前刊发截至2025年8月31日止年度的全年业绩。鉴于上述情况，联交所认为宜为公司载列下列额外复牌指引：刊发GEM上市规则规定须刊发的所有尚未刊发财务业绩，并处理任何审计修订。
此外，继续停牌。
