目标公司于一项暂定片名为《英格力士》的电影项目中持有10%权益，该电影为一部商业文学电影。公司于2022年收购目标公司全部已发行股本，占投资金额的10%，并可分享该电影10%的收益。于有关时间，该电影已完成拍摄，正在进行后期制作。预计其将取得中国政府的上映批准，并于批准后短时间内完成后期制作。然而截至本公布日期，该电影仍未有具体上映时程表，公司于该电影的投资持续面临重大不确定性及风险。鉴于上述情况及现有有意愿的买方，董事认为出售销售股份以将出售事项所得款项用作集团的营运资金符合公司利益。
