智通财经APP获悉，讯飞医疗科技(02506)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.19%，报78.35港元，成交额780.92万港元。
消息面上，讯飞医疗科技日前公布，科大讯飞、科讯创投等共八名股东均承诺自原禁售期届满日期起至2026年12月29日不会以任何方式减持公司H股或非上市股份。目前该八名股东合计持有公司5,575.84万股H股，占公司H股总股本的68.25%；合计持有公司8,806.82万股股份，占公司总股本的72.86%。
此外，根据讯飞医疗公众号最新消息，日前，讯飞医疗与天津市中医药研究院附属医院签署战略合作协议。公司指，此次战略合作，既是讯飞医疗在智慧医疗领域拓展的重要里程碑，也是市中研附院依托科技动能实现智慧化升级的崭新契机。
