SGA Solutions to Issue 9 Billion Won in Unlisted Convertible Bonds via Private Placement

SGA Solutions (KOSDAQ:A184230) has approved the private placement of 9 billion South Korean won or $6.7 million in unsecured, unregistered convertible bonds.
The board of directors passed the resolution on Dec. 19, with the payment date set for Dec. 29, according to its bourse filing on Monday.
These bonds are not intended to be listed on a public exchange, while the issuance will be conducted domestically in South Korea through a private offering.
