2025年，港股迎来了一场久违的“结构性牛市”，港股主要指数涨幅位居全球前列。整体来看，恒生指数全年累计上涨27.77%，创下自2017年以来的最佳年度表现，恒生科技指数全年涨23.45%，国企指数涨22.27%。
截至12月31日，今年共有117家新股登陆港股市场，较去年同期增加47家；合计募资规模2856.93亿港元，超过2023年（463亿港元）及2024年（881.47亿港元）IPO募资额的总和，较去年同期增长224.11%。部分新股上市首日表现亮眼，诺比侃上市首日涨超363%，金叶国际集团涨330%，西普尼涨258.11%，位列新股首日涨幅前三位。
