智通财经APP获悉，中国铝业(02600)盘中涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.63%，报12港元，成交额1.86亿港元。
消息面上，近日，国家发展改革委产业发展司发布文章《大力推动传统产业优化提升》。其中文章指出，对氧化铝、铜冶炼等强资源约束型产业，关键在于强化管理、优化布局。强资源约束型产业是国民经济的基础性产业，在经济建设、国防建设等诸多领域具有重要作用。大摩研报指出，该文章提及强化氧化铝与铜冶炼产业的管理及优化布局，并鼓励氧化铝及铜冶炼大型骨干企业实施兼并重组。大摩认为，新政策可能限制新增规划氧化铝产能，并预计产能整合将有利于行业龙头。
