Golden Horse Minerals Says CEO Acquires Over 90,000 CHESS Depositary Interests, Shares Fall 5%

Golden Horse Minerals (ASX:GHM) said its Chief Executive Nicholas Anderson acquired 90,909 CHESS depositary interests (CDIs), held indirectly by Burra Woolshed Investments Pty Ltd ATF Burra Station Trust, for a consideration of AU$59,999.94 at AU$0.66 per CDI, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The acquisition was approved at its annual general and special meeting held on Dec. 18.
Its shares fell 5% in recent trading on Tuesday.
