智通财经APP讯，STERLING GP(01825)发布公告，于2025年12月29日(联交所交易时段后)，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理(作为本公司代理)有条件同意按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人(彼等及彼等的最终实益拥有人须为独立第三方)按配售价每股配售股份0.10港元认购最多6912万股配售股份。
配售股份相当于(a)于本公告日期的现有已发行股份总数20%;及(b)经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股份总数约16.7%(假设自本公告日期起至完成日期，除发行配售股份外，已发行股份总数并无变动)。配售价为每股配售股份0.10港元，较(i)股份于2025年12月29日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.093港元溢价约7.5%。
于完成后，配售事项的所得款项总额合共预期将约为691万港元。配售事项的所得款项净额(经扣除有关配售事项的配售佣金及其他相关开支(包括(其中包括)专业费用)后)估计约为677万港元，相当于每股配售股份的净发行价约为0.098港元。本公司拟将配售事项的全部所得款项净额约677万港元用作一般营运资金用途。
