智通财经APP讯，正荣地产(06158)发布公告，本公司联席公司秘书之一邝燕萍女士(邝女士)将辞任本公司联席公司秘书及终止担任香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则(上市规则)第3.05条项下本公司授权代表(授权代表)之一以及根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部所规定代表本公司在香港接收法律程序文件及通知书的授权代表，全部均自2026年1月1日起生效。
董事会另宣布，金明捷先生(执行董事之一)已获委任为上市规则所界定的授权代表之一，自2026年1月1日起生效;及陈竞德先生(陈先生)已获委任为根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部所规定代表本公司在香港接收法律程序文件及通知书的授权代表，自2026年1月1日起生效。
