智通财经APP讯，黎氏企业(02266)发布公告，于2025年12月29日，公司与珠海建工控股集团有限公司(珠海建工)订立战略合作框架协议。根据框架协议，订约双方同意建立长期战略伙伴关系，共同探索不同领域的合作机会。主要拟议合作领域包括：1.设立合营公司;2.共同参与珠海市、横琴粤澳深度合作区、中国香港及中国澳门的建设相关项目;3.在基建融资、工程建设及建筑工业化领域开展涵盖产业链上下游的纵向多元化合作;4.在市场拓展、项目创收、品牌建设及产业发展等领域开展横向战略合作。
董事会认为，根据框架协议拟进行的战略合作，能使集团在毋须改变其主要业务的情况下，拓展并运用其现有能力于大湾区进行业务发展。
