智通财经APP讯，丽珠医药(01513)发布公告，于2025年12月30日，本公司与健康元(本公司的控股股东)、心有毛孩及毛孩子订立增资认购及股权转让协议，心有毛孩同意对毛孩子以现金方式增资认缴人民币1500万元，同时，健康元同意将所持有毛孩子49%的股权转让给心有毛孩。本次交易完成后，心有毛孩将持有毛孩子52.56%的股权，本公司持有的毛孩子股权将从51.00%摊薄至47.44%，健康元将不再持有毛孩子股权，毛孩子不再纳入本公司合并报表范围内。
本公司战略聚焦于医药研发、生产与销售，同时看好毛孩子所处的宠物药行业的发展潜力，本次交易是公司聚焦主业、优化资产结构、提升治理效能的重要举措，既有利于公司集中资源推进核心业务，也可持续分享毛孩子长期的成长潜力。
本次交易完成后，本公司将更多精力和资源投入到医药板块的技术创新、市场拓展，进一步巩固和提升公司盈利能力，符合本公司长远发展战略和全体股东的整体利益。
