格隆汇12月30日丨日照港裕廊(06117.HK)公告，继股东于临时股东大会上批准有关建议修订公司章程及废除监事委员会的决议案后，董事会谨此宣布，自2025年12月30日起，(i)建议修订公司章程已生效；(ii)公司已废除监事委员会，其职权将由审计委员会承接；(iii)现任监事会成员崔光辉、冯慧及谭伟光均已终止监事职务；及(iv)公司监事会议事规则将同时废止。
