智通财经APP讯，鋑联控股(00459)发布公告，集团于截至2025年11月30日止十一个月自物业代理业务、借贷业务及物业投资业务取得经营溢利(撇除投资物业的公平值亏损)。然而，同期投资物业的公平值亏损约为1.17亿港元，对比截至2024年12月31日止年度的公平值亏损约5400万港元，该亏损已超过经营溢利。于2025年11月30日，集团投资物业帐面值约为8.36亿港元。虽然该公平值亏损并不影响集团经营现金流状况，集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得财务业绩恶化，对比截至2024年12月31日止年度取得权益持有人应占综合净亏损约2600万港元。
