智通财经APP讯，裕程物流(08489)发布公告，于2025年12月30日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此公司有条件地同意通过配售代理按尽力基准，以配售价每股配售股份0.265港元向不少于六名承配人配售最多6000万股配售股份，而该等承配人及其实益拥有人须为独立第三方。
假设于本公告日期至完成日期期间，已发行股份数目并无变动(配售股份除外)，则最多6000万股配售股份，其相当于于本公告日期公司现有已发行股本约20.00%;及经配发及发行配售股份而扩大的公司已发行股本的约16.67%。
配售价0.265港元较于配售协议日期，股份在联交所所报收市价每股0.330港元，折价约19.70%。
假设最多6000万股配售股份获悉数配售，配售所得款项总额及所得款项净额(经扣除所有适用成本及开支，包括佣金及征费)估计分别约为1590万港元及1530万港元。公司拟将配售所得款项净额约1530万港元用作集团的一般营运资金，该款项将用于支付集团的员工成本、专业费用、租金付款以及一般行政及业务营运开支。
