IPS to Receive 1.31 Billion Yen Dividend from Consolidated Subsidiary

Telecom company IPS (TYO:4390) expects to receive a dividend of about 1.31 billion yen from its consolidated subsidiary, ISMO, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The dividend was approved by ISMO on Monday and is due to be received on Jan. 5, 2026.
IPS said the payment will be booked as non-operating income in its non-consolidated results for the year ending March 2026.
