12月31日金融一线消息，上海金融监管局发布批复，同意友邦保险资产管理有限公司开业。核准友邦保险资产管理有限公司英文名称为：AIA Insurance Asset Management Company Limited；住所为：上海市浦东新区世纪大道1229号办公楼第6层；注册资本为1亿元人民币，全部由友邦人寿保险有限公司认缴并以货币资金方式一次性足额缴纳。

　　同时，核准张晓宇友邦保险资产管理有限公司董事长的任职资格，欧阳理良（AU YEUNG，Lee Leung Franklin）友邦保险资产管理有限公司董事、总经理的任职资格，MARK KONYN（康礼贤）、张凤和（CHEUNG，Anna Fung-wo）友邦保险资产管理有限公司董事的任职资格，吴岚、陈诗一友邦保险资产管理有限公司独立董事的任职资格。
