智通财经APP讯，宋都服务(09608)发布公告，在进一步协商及讨论后，新认购人未能于2025年12月31日前达成新认购协议所约定的先决条件，经考虑(其中包括)当前市况，本公司及新认购人已议决不继续进行认购事项。
经考虑上文所述，在延长达成先决条件日期后，新认购人未能按新认购协议履行其义务。于2025年12月31日(交易时段后)，本公司已根据新认购协议的条款终止新认购协议。于有关新认购协议终止后，订约方的所有权利及责任将不再生效，而订约方概不得向另一方提出有关新认购协议的任何申索。董事会认为，终止新认购协议将不会对本公司的现有业务、经营或财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
