智通财经APP讯，万里印刷(08385)发布公告，于2025年12月29日，公司间接全资附属公司Jade View Limited(Jade View)与云信传讯有限公司(云信传讯)( 统称订约方)订立战略合作备忘录(战略备忘录)。根据战略备忘录，在最初三年期间，云信传讯将其媒体相关印刷项目分包予Jade View，双方亦将共同策划云信传讯的广告活动并共享企业资源。双方会成立联合工作小组以监督各项目的实施情况，具体执行细节将依据适用法律法规于适当时候另行签订的正式协议规范。
集团旨在利用云信传讯的市场优势，以配合集团的市场发展战略。董事会相信，战略备忘录将使集团优化资源配置、推动印刷及媒体业务发展、提升集团在该两大领域的竞争力，并改善集团的财务表现与盈利能力，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
