数据分析公司维瑞斯克（Verisk）周一宣布，终止计划以 23.5 亿美元收购屋顶工程软件开发商安酷林科斯（AccuLynx）的交易。

　　维瑞斯克表示，作出该决定是因美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）通知称，其未能在 12 月 26 日的交易终止日前完成对本次收购的审查。

　　维瑞斯克已于今年 7 月官宣这笔收购交易，最初预计 2025 年第三季度完成交割。

　　维瑞斯克在声明中称：‘安酷林科斯已通知我方，认为维瑞斯克终止合并协议的行为无效。维瑞斯克坚决反对该主张，并拟针对此类主张全力抗辩。’

　　截至发稿，安酷林科斯尚未回应路透社的置评请求。
