智通财经APP讯，联众(06899)发布公告，针对本公司前执行董事兼前行政总裁伍国梁先生在其任职期间于2018年12月向本公司借出的港币500万元款项(贷款)，近日，本公司已根据贷款有关合同的约定在香港高等法院向伍国梁先生提起诉讼，要求伍国梁先生向本公司偿还该笔贷款及利息，以及本公司为追偿产生的相关费用等。
此外，针对伍国梁先生在本公司任职期间的有关行为，本公司开展的调查取得了重大进展。通过调查，本公司发现，伍国梁先生在其任职期间，不仅组织本公司前员工进行违法犯罪行为，而且假借投资等行为挪用及侵占本公司财产。据此，针对伍国梁先生违反其作为本公司前董事的授信责任，本公司将向香港高等法院进一步提起诉讼并要求伍国梁先生对本公司进行赔偿，且同时向相关警方提请报案。
本公司将继续尽全力通过法律途径(包括但不限于调查、诉讼、仲裁、报警等)对相关历史贷款、应收账款以及侵占及挪用本公司资金的行为进行追讨，并对损害本公司利益的个人及行为追究其民事及/或刑事责任(如适用)。本公司将适时根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则以及事件进展另行刊发公告，以知会本公司股东及潜在投资者有关进展。
