智通财经APP获悉，乳业股逆势上扬，截至发稿，现代牧业(01117)涨3.8%，报1.64港元；优然牧业(09858)涨3.44%，报5.11港元。
花旗发布研报称，国家商务部近日宣布，自上12月23日起，对原产欧盟的进口特定乳制品实施临时反补贴措施，征收21.9%至42.7%之间的临时关税，主要涉及针对鲜乳酪、凝乳及稀奶油等产品。根据花旗估算，欧盟在相关产品的进口量中占比为20.7%，由于国内生产成本低于进口，预期欧盟在相关产品的份额将被国内固态乳制品加工业务替代，一定程度上将有助于缓解国内原奶供应过剩的情况。
花旗认为，优然牧业主要客户伊利为首的国内固态乳制品公司发展将获拉动，预料此次措施可提振国内原奶需求，相信其高端及特色奶制品可更好地满足下游消费升级需求。华创证券指出，在措施力度方面，普遍接近30%的从价补贴率显著提升了相关欧盟进口产品成本；在执行时效方面，政策自发布次日起立即执行，彰显了相关部门稳定市场方面的决心，影响有望快速传导至市场。
