Tusker Minerals Completes Acquisition of Tenement Package in Cameroon

Tusker Minerals (ASX:TSK) completed the acquisition of the Yaounde West Rutile tenement package in Cameroon, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The vendors of the package have agreed to change the structure of the consideration payable for the acquisition of the tenements, the filing said.
Under the deal, the company will pay 50% of the consideration upon completion and the balance on granting of all the licenses set for early 2026, the filing added.
The company paid AU$362,500 and issued 5 million ordinary shares and 10 million performance rights, the company said.
