Renergen's (ASX:RLT) securities were suspended from quotation on Wednesday, in accordance with the timetable for its acquisition by Nasdaq-listed ASP Isotopes through a scheme of arrangement, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
The compliance certificate was received from the Takeover Panel on Dec. 18, according to a separate filing.
