红星冷链（01641）于2025年12月31日至2026年1月8日招股，公司拟全球发售2326.3万股H股，其中，香港发售占10%，国际发售占90%。每股发售价12.26港元，H股每手买卖单位为500股，预期H股将于2026年1月13日（星期二）起开始在联交所买卖。

　　我们已与福慧达（香港）有限公司（福慧达香港）订立基石投资协议，福慧达香港将按发售价每股发售股份12.26港元认购总金额为人民币2000万元发售股份。本公司认为，基石配售将有助于提升本公司的形象，并表明该投资者对本集团的业务及前景充满信心。本公司通过投资路演活动介绍结识福慧达香港。

　　按发售价每股股份12.26港元计算，我们估计全球发售所得款项净额将约为2.52亿港元。其中，约57.5%将用于在未来四年新建一座加工厂及扩建冷冻食品仓储仓库，配备加工设备及系统，以为客户提供冷冻食品加工服务；约12.8%将用于升级我们现有业务中使用的设备、信息技术基础设施及软件，包括投资人工智能技术以赋能我们的运营及客户；约19.7%将用于在未来四年寻求战略收购及合作伙伴关系，以完善我们的产业一体化，从而巩固我们于全冷链生态系统中的地位；约10.0%将用作营运资金及其他一般公司用途。
