目标公司的主要业务将为光化学氧化技术及取代芳香醛/酯系列产品的研发、产业化及商业生产;新材料技术开发及生产;以及进出口。
目标公司汇集了武汉有机及武汉光曜提供的专有及突破性光化学氧化技术、武汉有机及其高级管理层成员与核心技术团队的资金支持，以及预期来自青山区国有企业的后续投资。凭藉武汉有机在产业化、建设及运营方面的既有能力及其销售网络，加上能够获得相关的基础设施及行业资源，目标公司将处于有利位置，可加速此创新技术的孵化及商业化。由于该项目代表全球同类项目中的首个商业化案例，预期将创造显著的经济及社会效益，并支持本集团的长期可持续增长。
