智通财经APP获悉，美联股份(02671)上市次日大跌超18%，触及6.19港元跌破发行价7.1港元。截至发稿，跌18.06%，报6.26港元，成交额735.26万港元，总市值不足8亿港元。
公开资料显示，美联股份是综合预制钢结构建筑分包服务提供商。公司成立于1999年，主要为汽车、机械、餐饮、纺织等行业的建筑项目提供综合服务，涵盖项目设计和优化、采购、制造和安装。主营业务分为预制钢结构建筑分包服务；专业工程总包；工业环保装备。
根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，按2024年收入计，公司于中国预制钢结构建筑市场的工业领域中排名第三，市场份额为3.5%。国元国际此前点评称，预计未来随着针对采纳预制建筑的国家政策和地区政府计划的推行，预制建筑市场有望一步扩大，但考虑到公司近年业绩波动较大，同时，公司招股价区间对应2024年PE约10.4-13.4倍，估值偏高。
