消息面上，玄武云今年10月发布公告，公司股东正浩环球、宏汉环球及保雅与汉唐明元签订买卖协议，根据协议，汉唐明元拟购买玄武云已发行股本总数的20%。交易完成后，汉唐明元及公司实控人廉健将成为玄武云单一最大股东集团。
公告指出，长期以来，廉健先生始终专注于符合经济结构优化升级方向、具备良好前景、市场潜力与技术优势的企业。他高度认可玄武云在“AI+企业数字化服务”细分领域的产业领导地位，尤其对公司在AI+云通信业务的SaaS应用及国际业务发展寄予厚望。未来，廉健将以资本为纽带，整合公司及相关产业链资源，持续巩固并放大玄武云竞争优势，助推公司实现更高质量的发展。
